While in Orlando earlier in the month, my childhood fandom went full circle. When the seeds were planted of what is now The Best In The Smoker’s World 15 years ago, I attended my first ever show three weeks later in February of 2002. The site was the Rockford MetroCentre on a cold and rainy Tuesday Night. That very show, the man with me in the picture made a return to his roots, thus, his career going full-circle. It’s quite amazing how all of these things just come together.
