In-store sales are final for the following:
Pipes and pipe accessories, grinders, hitter boxes, papers, detox, dry/oil vapes, CBD, Delta, disposable nicotine vapes and vape accessories, hookah products, cigars, manual cigarette injectors, candles and sprays.
In-store sales for the following can be exchanged within seven days with receipt and if the factory seal is still in-place:
Cigarettes, loose tobacco, cigarette tubes, cases, electronic machines, chewing tobacco, incense sticks and e-liquids.
14 days with receipt – Vaporizers for e-liquids (contact manufacturer after)
Online purchases cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Buyer must assume responsibility for shipping products back.
